Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the molasses until fully incorporated.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with hot water.
Mix until just combined; don't overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
