Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 jar 16 oz chocolate frosting

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, and eggs.
  • Mix until well combined and pour into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  • Using a fork, poke holes all over the cake.
  • In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, coconut, and pecans.
  • Pour the mixture evenly over the cake, allowing it to soak in.
  • Spread chocolate frosting over the top of the cake.
