Gather all ingredients on a clean cutting board.
Dice the mango into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Wash and hull the strawberries, then cut into cubes.
Add the strawberries to the bowl with mango.
Peel and dice the cucumber, then add to the mixture.
Finely chop the red onion and add to the bowl.
If using, finely chop the jalapeño and add it.
Chop the fresh mint leaves and add them.
Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and add salt to taste.
Gently mix all ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes.
