Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 jalapeño finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients on a clean cutting board.
  • Dice the mango into small pieces and place in a bowl.
  • Wash and hull the strawberries, then cut into cubes.
  • Add the strawberries to the bowl with mango.
  • Peel and dice the cucumber, then add to the mixture.
  • Finely chop the red onion and add to the bowl.
  • If using, finely chop the jalapeño and add it.
  • Chop the fresh mint leaves and add them.
  • Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and add salt to taste.
  • Gently mix all ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes.
