Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt plain or flavored
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruits berries, bananas, etc.
  • Chopped nuts optional

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  • Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  • Prepare your mini muffin tins or silicone molds by lightly greasing them.
  • Spoon the yogurt mixture into each mold, filling them about 3/4 full.
  • Add your choice of fresh fruits and nuts on top of the yogurt.
  • Gently press the toppings into the yogurt mixture.
  • Cover the molds with plastic wrap or a lid.
  • Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  • Once frozen, carefully remove the yogurt bites from the molds.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
