Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped fried pickles
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill or chives for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  • Mix until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or spatula.
  • Add the chopped fried pickles to the mixture.
  • Stir in the garlic powder and onion powder.
  • Pour in the dill pickle juice and mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving dish.
  • Garnish with fresh dill or chives.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
