Gather all your ingredients and tools.
Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
Grate the ginger and horseradish.
Slice the jalapeños and lemon.
In a large jar, combine all chopped and grated ingredients.
Add the turmeric powder to the jar.
Pour apple cider vinegar over the mixture until fully submerged.
Seal the jar tightly and shake well.
Store in a cool, dark place for 2-4 weeks, shaking daily.
After infusion, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
Add honey to taste and mix well.
Transfer to a clean bottle and label it.
