  • 10 cloves garlic minced
  • 1-2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 1-2 tablespoons horseradish grated
  • 1-2 jalapeño peppers sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey to taste
  • Fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients and tools.
  • Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  • Grate the ginger and horseradish.
  • Slice the jalapeños and lemon.
  • In a large jar, combine all chopped and grated ingredients.
  • Add the turmeric powder to the jar.
  • Pour apple cider vinegar over the mixture until fully submerged.
  • Seal the jar tightly and shake well.
  • Store in a cool, dark place for 2-4 weeks, shaking daily.
  • After infusion, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
  • Add honey to taste and mix well.
  • Transfer to a clean bottle and label it.
