Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter peanut, almond, or sunflower
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, nut butter, and honey.
  • Add chia seeds, dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture.
  • Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • If the mixture is too sticky, add more oats as needed.
  • Use your hands to form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the formed energy bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
