Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Doritos Nacho Cheese flavor
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • Optional: chopped cilantro diced avocado, lime wedges

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked.
  • Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning, stirring well to combine.
  • Cook according to packet instructions, adding a little water if needed.
  • In a large bowl, layer the shredded lettuce as the base.
  • Add a layer of the cooked meat on top of the lettuce.
  • Sprinkle the black beans evenly over the meat.
  • Add the corn and diced tomatoes next.
  • Crumble the Doritos over the top for that signature crunch.
  • Drizzle sour cream and salsa over the salad for added flavor.
  • Top with shredded cheese and optional garnishes like cilantro and avocado.
