Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants cut into pieces
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables bell peppers, spinach, or onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried herbs thyme or oregano
  • Butter or oil for greasing the baking dish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or oil.
  • Cut the croissants into bite-sized pieces and place them in the dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
  • Add salt, pepper, and dried herbs to the egg mixture.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant pieces.
  • Sprinkle cheese and chopped vegetables over the top.
  • Gently press the croissants down to soak up the egg mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and set.
