Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for a kick

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Add in the chopped artichokes and drained spinach, mixing well.
  • Stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, along with the minced garlic.
  • Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  • Transfer the mixture to the crockpot, spreading it evenly.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • When the dip is bubbly and heated through, it's ready.
