Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb chuck roast
  • 2 cups carrots chopped
  • 2 cups potatoes quartered
  • 1 cup onions chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Season the roast with salt and pepper.
