Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 4 potatoes quartered
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the tenderloin on all sides until browned.
  • Place sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Add chopped carrots and quartered potatoes.

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once cooked, remove the pork and let it rest for 10 minutes.
