Season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, and thyme.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the tenderloin on all sides until browned.
Place sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.
Add chopped carrots and quartered potatoes.
Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Place the seared pork tenderloin on top of the vegetables.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Once cooked, remove the pork and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Slice the tenderloin and serve with the vegetables and broth.
