Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
In a large bowl, mix baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
Add the wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss again.
Arrange the wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the oven.
Toss in your favorite sauce before serving, if desired.
