In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning to the beef and stir well.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Add the black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes, stirring to combine.
Reduce heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
Cut the cream cheese into cubes and add to the pot, stirring until melted and smooth.
Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Let simmer for an additional 5 minutes to thicken.
Serve hot, garnished with remaining cheddar cheese and your favorite toppings.
