Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
Add flour and salt, stirring until a dough forms.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
Pipe or spoon dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
Let cool on a wire rack.
Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Cut the tops off the cooled puffs and fill with whipped cream, then replace the tops.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce and garnish with fresh berries.
