Instructions

  • In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with orange juice.
  • Fold in chopped cranberries gently.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
