Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1-2 jalapenos seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  • Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems.
  • In a food processor, combine the cranberries and chopped jalapenos.
  • Pulse until finely chopped but not pureed.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream.
  • Add the cranberry-jalapeno mixture to the bowl.
  • Stir in the chopped cilantro and lime juice.
  • If desired, add honey to balance the flavors.
  • Season with salt to taste.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
