  • 6 oz crab meat shredded
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pkg wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Sweet and sour sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until smooth.
  • Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface.
  • Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center of each wrapper.
  • Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water using your finger.

  • Fold the two outer corners of the triangle toward the center, pinching to secure.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Carefully add the Rangoons to the hot oil, a few at a time, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  • Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
