Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, and mayonnaise.
  • Add the beaten egg, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
  • Fold in the green onions and parsley.
  • Form 8 equal-sized patties from the mixture.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer to a baking sheet and finish in the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
