Ingredients

  • 3 slices of bread white or whole grain
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • 2 slices of turkey or chicken breast
  • 1 slice of ham
  • 1 large leaf of lettuce
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: cheese slices

Instructions

  • Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  • Cook the bacon until crispy and set aside.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
  • Layer the turkey on the first slice of bread.
  • Add a slice of ham on top of the turkey.
  • Place a leaf of lettuce on the ham.
  • Add two slices of tomato on the lettuce.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the crispy bacon on top of the tomato.
  • Top with the second slice of bread, mayo side down.
  • Finish with the third slice of bread, mayo side down.
  • Cut the sandwich diagonally into quarters and secure with toothpicks.
