In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off.
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Slice the chicken and serve with lime wedges.
Garnish with extra cilantro before serving.
