Ingredients

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled (optional)
  • 1/4 cup olives sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil and vinegar for dressing

Instructions

  • Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
  • Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
  • Dice the cucumber and bell pepper, then mix in.
  • Finely chop the red onion and add for extra flavor.
