Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and sugar.
Add the egg and mix until well incorporated.
Stir in cocoa powder until a dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet.
Press the dough balls slightly to flatten.
Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set.
Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
