Add sugar, then the melted chocolate, mixing until combined.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
Cool in the oven for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
