Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup dark chocolate melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
  • Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add sugar, then the melted chocolate, mixing until combined.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  • Cool in the oven for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
