Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips dark, milk, or white
  • 1 cup mixed nuts almonds, walnuts, cashews
  • 1 cup dried fruits cranberries, apricots
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles optional
  • 1 tsp sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle mixed nuts evenly over the melted chocolate.
  • Add dried fruits on top of the chocolate, pressing down slightly.
  • Sprinkle with your choice of sprinkles for added color.
  • Finish with a light sprinkle of sea salt for contrast.
  • Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until completely set.
  • Once set, break the chocolate bark into pieces.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
