Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle mixed nuts evenly over the melted chocolate.
Add dried fruits on top of the chocolate, pressing down slightly.
Sprinkle with your choice of sprinkles for added color.
Finish with a light sprinkle of sea salt for contrast.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until completely set.
Once set, break the chocolate bark into pieces.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
