Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • Celery sticks for serving
  • Ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat dry.
  • In a large bowl, mix wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  • Flip the wings and bake for an additional 15 minutes until crispy.
  • Toss the cooked wings in buffalo sauce until coated.
