Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse the chicken tenderloins under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat the chicken tenderloins with the oil mixture evenly.
