Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
  • Toss in the broccoli florets, bell pepper, and snap peas.
  • Stir-fry the vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.
  • Pour soy sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to combine.
  • Cook for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring everything is heated through.
