  • Tortilla chips
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or a blend
  • 1/2 cup black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1 jalapeño sliced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • Salsa or pico de gallo

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, and corn.
  • Season the chicken mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the tortilla chips.
