Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Add chopped parsley, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, warm the marinara sauce in a small saucepan.
  • Once meatballs are cooked, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve the meatballs with marinara sauce for dipping.
