Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup assorted toppings pepperoni, bell peppers, onions

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a pizza crust.
  • Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
  • Add your desired toppings over the sauce.
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Once the cheese is bubbly and toppings are cooked, remove from oven.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
