Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to 1/2 inch thickness.
Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
Lay a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast.
Roll the chicken tightly, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
Dredge each rolled chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
Dip in beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
Coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; fry each piece until golden brown on all sides.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
