Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the chicken and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh thyme and serve with lemon wedges.
