Ingredients

  • 8 oz. rotini pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 6 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy; remove and crumble.
  • In the same skillet, add the shredded chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the chicken.
  • Pour in the ranch dressing and milk; stir to combine.
  • Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix until melted.
  • Fold in the crumbled bacon, reserving some for garnish.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and remaining bacon before serving.
