Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup broccoli florets optional
  • 1 cup cooked pasta like rotini or penne
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and crumbled bacon.
  • Add ranch dressing and cream of chicken soup; mix well.
  • Stir in cooked pasta and broccoli florets if using.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
