Prepare the chicken breasts by seasoning them with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.

Add the seasoned chicken breasts on top of the onions.
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Sprinkle the rice evenly over the chicken in the crockpot.
Pour the chicken broth over the rice and chicken, ensuring it is well covered.
Cover the crockpot with the lid and set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
In the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in the frozen peas.
Once done, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks.
Stir everything together and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
