Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers diced
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham cubed
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey or chicken cubed
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs quartered
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup olives optional
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly.
  • Place the greens in a large salad bowl.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
  • Slice the cucumber into rounds and add to the mixture.
  • Dice the bell peppers and incorporate them into the salad.
  • Cube the cooked ham and turkey/chicken, and add to the bowl.
  • Peel and quarter the hard-boiled eggs, placing them on top.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the salad evenly.
  • Add olives, if desired, for extra flavor.
  • Drizzle your favorite dressing over the salad just before serving.
