Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add sugar and mix until well combined.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until smooth.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours before slicing.
