Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gradually add sugar and mix until well combined.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until smooth.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
  • Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours before slicing.
