Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nut butter peanut, almond, etc.
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mixed seeds pumpkin, sunflower
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits raisins, cranberries
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, seeds, and salt.
  • In a saucepan, heat the nut butter and honey over low heat until melted.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour the nut butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Add the dried fruits and chocolate chips, stirring until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, pressing it down firmly.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Cut into bars and enjoy!
