Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Once cooled, use a food processor to rice the cauliflower.
Place the riced cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
In a large bowl, mix the riced cauliflower with mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into a round crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake the crust for 20 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese and heat the toppings.
