  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 12 fresh mozzarella balls
  • 12 fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients and tools.
  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves thoroughly.
  • Drain the mozzarella balls and pat them dry.
  • Take a skewer and thread a cherry tomato onto it.
  • Add a basil leaf next on the skewer.
  • Follow with a mozzarella ball.
  • Repeat the process until the skewer is filled (3-4 sets per skewer).
  • Place the assembled skewers on a serving platter.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the skewers.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
