Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle.
Spread ricotta cheese evenly over half of the dough circle, leaving a border.
Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and basil on top of the ricotta.
Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape and seal the edges.
Cut a few slits on top for steam to escape and brush with olive oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
