Ingredients

  • 200 g burrata cheese
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes halved
  • 100 g arugula
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and arugula thoroughly.
  • Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.
  • On a large serving plate, arrange a bed of arugula.
  • Place the burrata cheese in the center of the arugula.
  • Evenly distribute the halved cherry tomatoes around the burrata.
  • Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the salad.
