  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or blue cheese

Instructions

  • Start by shredding the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  • Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread a tablespoon of ranch dressing onto the tortilla.
  • Place a handful of shredded lettuce in the center of the tortilla.
  • Add a few diced tomatoes on top of the lettuce.
  • Spoon a generous portion of the buffalo chicken mixture onto the veggies.
