Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
  • Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
  • Spread a tablespoon of ranch or blue cheese dressing on each tortilla.
  • Add a generous portion of the buffalo chicken mixture to the center of each tortilla.
  • Top with shredded lettuce, diced celery, and shredded carrots.
  • Sprinkle with green onions if desired.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom to the top.
