Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
Shape each piece into a ball and place them on a greased baking tray.
Cover the rolls and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush the rolls with beaten egg and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
