Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a blender, combine milk, oil, and eggs; blend until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix tapioca flour and grated cheese.
Pour the blended mixture into the flour and cheese mixture.
Stir until well combined and add salt to taste.
Grease a muffin tin with oil.
Pour the batter into the greased tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
