Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  • Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the hot skillet.
  • Cook for about 5-7 minutes on one side until a dark crust forms.
  • Flip the chicken and cook for another 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
