Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the chicken.
Add red onion slices on top of the cheese.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and slice into pieces to serve.
