Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs.
Place the chicken on the grill, skin-side down.
Grill for 5-7 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Flip the chicken and brush on barbecue sauce.
Close the grill lid and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
